1. Any Payment to date is non refundable 2. All round
trip, Airport, Cruise, hourly and extra unforeseen charges
must be paid in full the day of service 3. Big League
Limousine is not liable in the event of any mechanical
failure before. the day of or during the rental 4. We Reserve
the right to give you another vehicle to accommodate your
group in case of breakdown. No Refunds Will be given 5. We
are not responsible for delays or trip terminations due to
weather, traffic, Acts of God or unsafe road conditions 6. The client assumes full financial liability for any
damage done to the vehicle during the duration of the
rental or any member of the their party. Fees related but
not limited to $250.00 Carpet, Seat Burns Sanitation
Sick/Vomiting $300.00 The Customer Agrees the use of the
credit card on file for all repairs required that is a
direct result of abuse or accident directly related to
customer use 7. The driver has the
right to terminate the run if there is blatant disrespect
for the driver or the vehicle 8. Balances for weddings must
be paid 30 days prior . All others 14 days prior. Short
notice credit card only immediate payment. 9. Due to our
discount rates Big League Limousine must charge a 3% service
charge for non cash payment. 10. Waiting Policy: The
first 15 minutes no charge. Any time over that is charged at
$50.00 per hour and will be charged to your card for sedan
service and the standard hourly rate for all other vehicles. 11. By Signing below you authorize Big League Limousine to
charge your card for the rental of their vehicles overage of
hours rented and damages also apply to the above.
